"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

А я, вот, подумал, а что если взять, просто так, и исчезнуть? Сперва исчезнуть на два месяца, чтобы о тебе забыли и привыкли к твоему полному отсутствию. Затем меняется аська, почта, скайп, мсн, контакт, IP-адресс, в конце концов... И ты начинаешь новую жизнь. Виртуальную. А можно вообще ничего не менять, а просто взять и уйти... По-английски. Не попрощавшись. А можно ничего не менять и ходить под маской, на которой нарисована радостная и добродушая улыбка. Впрочем, это мое дело как решать.
